Networking and professional contacts are increasingly important in today´s society. Not only professional methods, but also scientific approaches are of high value and should be considered conjointly when analyzing a given situation. To contribute to the latest cruise industry discussions and mutually develop new approaches SeaConsult HAM GmbH is a member of various cruise associations, scientific and professional congresses as well as actively participating in cruise education. In addition, SeaConsult frequently contributes to different media productions with cruise related statements, discussions and publications.

Hamburg Cruise Center e. V.

Hamburg Cruise Center e. V. combines the interests of some 130 members today. All of them are positioned along the value creation chain of the cruise industry, and HCC gives them a powerful platform for joint expression. It promotes Hamburg internationally as a center of the cruise industry, and constitutes the private part of the cruise initiative “Cruise Net Hamburg” created by the Hamburg Senate. This is a public private partnership which works in cooperation with the Department of Economics, Transport and Innovation (the public side of the partnership), and is responsible for encouraging the networking of all players in Hamburg with an interest in the cruise industry.
